The problem with these events is that there are so many leaders involved in these “all hands on deck” gatherings that no one actually knows who is the main person in charge. Thus, it can be very frustrating for a lot of people. However, as Seth Muse shares, you don’t have to wait to be told what to do. You can can lead and be proactive even when you aren’t in charge.
