TAKE A MINUTE and examine what your circle of influence is. No matter what position you have in the church, you have a circle of influence. It could be some key student leaders, parents, volunteer leaders or other staffers. After you discover your group, my encouragement for you is to invest your time in them, sharing your heart and passion with them as you share the direction you feel the Lord is leading. By sharing this you are hopefully motivating these leaders to be missional (thanks AND 10 for some great ideas on this) and ministering to their own circle of influence.]]>
