How ReThink Leadership can help Senior Leaders improve their Leadership Game

Orange Conference each year. I have learned so much over the years and has dramatically impacted the way I do ministry. It’s capped at a smaller number of Senior and Campus Pastors as it is designed to be an intimate setting with table discussions and interactions. It’s a great environment to network and share war stories and victories with others.
• The Affinity Groups. Affinity groups are a different way to do breakouts. The presenter is actively engaging with the groups and there is real discussion that goes on during these groups. It is less about presenting the information and more about discussing the topic together.
• The connection with Orange. Not only do you get great interaction with Senior leaders, but you still get to experience the Orange Conference, the premier Family Ministry conference in the world.
