Two conferences at one location is better than one! And what is even better is that those 2 conferences combine Senior Pastors, Campus Pastors, Executive Pastors WITH Student, Children and Family ministers at basically the same time is even better. What am I talking about? Let me explain. Last year the Orange Conference invited Senior, Executive and Campus Pastors to ReThink Leadership – a separate conference from the Orange Conference but at the same time and with access to the Orange Conference main sessions. And it went over very, very well! So well that they are going to do it all over again this coming April! It’s going to be awesome. So why is this awesome and why is this the best thing for you and your Senior Leadership (and basically your Church as well) this spring?
- There is something specific for the Senior Leadership at your Church. The Orange Conference is a Family Ministry conference…plain and simple. But ReThink Leadership is specifically designed with your Senior or Campus Pastor in mind. Everything from the breakouts to the “TED” style main sessions are planned out for them. So they can go hang with their buddies and learn while the family ministry crew is learning about their stuff. It’s a great experience for both. Learn more about the ReThink Leadership part here.
- Gets everyone experiencing the same thing at the same time. Most of the time when you go back from a training or conference you try to relay all you experienced and although that is good, there is nothing like someone experiencing it. That is why having ReThink Leadership and the Orange Conference together you get to experience all that is happening and everyone can be excited. Even though the two conferences are separated they do come together for the Main Sessions at Orange each day.
- Gets everyone talking together. Let’s be honest trying to get everyone together at home is tough to do. But at the Orange Conference not only are you experiencing main sessions together but you have ample time to talk about what you are experiencing.
