While Zoom is really cool and a lot of people are on it, guess what? Even more people are on Facebook. And because of that, even more people will be able to connect with you in a Facebook Messenger Room. In the video, I highlighted you can use Facebook Rooms for events such as Parents Meetings. But you can use it for more. You could use it to Bible studies, for other group discussions Oh and if Facebook Messenger Rooms isn’t a good fit for you and your ministry, try using Instagram Messenger Rooms. It’s basically the same thing, just on Instagram. So try using Instagram to implement the same thing you would do on Facebook with your group. It’s an opportunity that should be looked at since a ton of students are on Instagram much more than Facebook. Facebook just upped the video conferencing game by offering Messenger Rooms. You may choose not to use it long term, but at the very least you should try it out and see how many more people you can reach and connect with. What do you think?
